Basic description

Breuss massage is the therapeutic massage of the spine, which releases the pressure to the discs and the tendon and muscle tension. It is an energetic massage of acupuncture points and spine. St. John's wort is also applied during the massage to treat inflammation and nourish discs and joints.

The massage is considered an fine supplement to physiotherapy and regular exercise regenerates worn intervertebral discs. It is an excellent massage to relax the spine and prevent the hernia disc.
